BRC audit at BIMIZ FOOD Sp. z o. o. with the highest possible "AA" rating
Coldstore BIMIZ FOOD Sp. z o.o. has once again successfully passed the audit certifying the compliance of the company's procedures with the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety (version 8). Coldstore in Radzyń Podlaski received the highest possible "AA" rating. The audit was carried out by an independent certification body - Intertek Poland Sp. z o.o.
Global Standard Food Safety is a standard developed by the British Retail Consortium (BRC) with food producers in mind. Its role is to emphasize the particular importance of the health safety of food products. This standard has been an international sign of excellence for years.
The audit covered all issues related to legal requirements and product safety (HACCP - hazard analysis and critical control points). Global Standard Food Safety defines requirements in the following areas: research and development, purchasing, production, storage and distribution, quality control, sales, personnel.
